Thank you for supporting Little Print Farm! Because our products are made in small batches and/or made to order, it is our goal to provide a fair and transparent return policy. We stand behind our products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase there are options available to you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

You may request a return within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your order. Return requests after 14 days may not be accepted.

What We Accept Returns For

Depending on the circumstances, we will either ship out a no-cost replacement to you, or refund your order.

Because many our products are often made to order and not stocked as inventory, the following are final sale:

Return Shipping

We recommend keeping the original packaging in case you need to request a return or warranty claim to ensure the item(s) arrive to us safely. Items that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received by us and inspected.

Warranty

For our 3D printed products, reasonable durability means that the item should hold up during normal, intended use without premature failure. If you believe an item has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us within 60 days of delivery. We will provide a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
