Returns and refunds

Thank you for supporting Little Print Farm! Because our products are made in small batches and/or made to order, it is our goal to provide a fair and transparent return policy. We stand behind our products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase there are options available to you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

You may request a return within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your order. Return requests after 14 days may not be accepted.

What We Accept Returns For

• We accept returns or exchanges for items that are:
  Defective or damaged items (items that arrive damaged, warped, cracked, or otherwise defective on arrival)
• Incorrectly shipped items (colour other than what was ordered, wrong item shipped)

Depending on the circumstances, we will either ship out a no-cost replacement to you, or refund your order.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because many our products are often made to order and not stocked as inventory, the following are final sale:

• Customized or personalized items
• Print-to-order items made specifically for you (including custom projects or jobs, including custom projects with customer-supplied models or designs)
• Items damaged by misuse, dropping, heat exposure outside the products intended purpose, normal wear, natural disasters, fire, or acts of god
• Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping

• If the item is defective on arrival or we made an error, we will cover return shipping. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the item(s) back to us.
• For all other approved returns (e.g., change of mind,) the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend keeping the original packaging in case you need to request a return or warranty claim to ensure the item(s) arrive to us safely. Items that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received by us and inspected.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order
• Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the error was ours.
• Refund processing typically takes 3-5 business days after inspection. Please note that processing the refund by your bank, card issuer or financial institution may add additional time to this.

Warranty

For our 3D printed products, reasonable durability means that the item should hold up during normal, intended use without premature failure. If you believe an item has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us within 60 days of delivery. We will provide a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
